phone numbers. q Make or purchase invitations. 3-4 weeks before the party q Address and mail invitations. q Plan food and beverages to serve.
q Arrange for extra help, such as a clean up help, server, or babysitter.
q Think about supplies you'll need, such as
extra chairs, dishes, and napkins. q Check clothing to wear.
Try the outfit on to ensure that it fits and needs no repairs. 1-2 weeks before the party q Call to confirm all orders and extra help
(photographer, caterer, server, baby-sitter). q Create an attending guest list from the
RSVPs. q Clean your home or yard. q Set out supplies and dishes for the party. q Check out your furniture arrangement and
general decor. Move any items that are breakable or in the way.
