Your browser (the window you're staring at right now) always opens to what's called your "default home page". (Hint: You may want to open another screen to perform this) Microsoft Internet Explorer
To make Organizetips.com your opening browser page, follow these steps:
  • In the View menu, click Internet Options.
  • In the Home page section, type http://www.organizetips.com/ into the Address text box.
  • Click OK.
  • 1. Access the site that you want to use for your new home page (http://www.organizetips.com/). 2. Go to the Internet Explorer View menu at the top of the window, and choose "Options". 3. In the Navigation dialog box, choose the "Start Page". 4. Look for the "Address" text box. 5. Click on the "Use Current" button and the URL will appear in the "Address" box. 6. Click OK, and you're done!
    It's as easy as 1-2-3! Simply find your browser below and follow the three quick steps listed. If you're not sure about your browser version, do this first: click on Help and select About (bottom of the menu). Then click on the back button to return to these instructions.

    Internet Explorer 4.x
    Select View from the toolbar at the top of your browser, then choose Internet Options. Click on General. Type http://www.organizetips.com/ under Home Page in the Address box. Click O.K.
    Internet Explorer 3.x Select View from the toolbar at the top of your browser, then choose Options. Click the Navigation tab and select Start Page. Type http://www.organizetips.com/ in the Address box. Click O.K.

    Netscape

    1. Find the Menu Bar that runs across the top of the Netscape window.
    2. Under the "Options Menu", select "General Preferences". A dialog box with several options will come up: "Browser Starts With" is the one you're after.
    3. The URL currently in the "Home Page Location" box -- http://home.netscape.com -- is the Netscape home page. Enter the URL of web site (http://www.organizetips.com/). Click the OK button to save your change and exit Preferences. That's all there is to it!

        Netscape 4.x
        (any version that starts with 4) Select Edit from the toolbar at the top of your browser, then choose Preferences. Choose the Navigator category on the left. In the Navigator Starts With box (at right) click on Home Page. Next to Location, type in http://www.organizetips.com/ Click O.K. America Online 4.x
        Select My AOL from the dark green section of the toolbar, then click Preferences. Click the WWW icon and select the Navigation tab. Next to Page, select Start Page. Type http://www.organizetips.com/ next to Address. Click O.K.
        Ps. Netscape and Microsoft design browsers to open to their boring corporate home pages (sheesh!). But you can fix that in a snap! If you're looking for a more serious browser makeover, check out your font options, font sizes and link colors. Experiment. Browsers don't break, and you can undo anything
